Wednesday's ETF with Unusual Volume: KIE

The SPDR S&P Insurance ETF (KIE) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Wednesday, with over 620,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 167,000.  Shares of KIE were trading flat on the day.
